Malmitalo - Meetings Rooms

Malmitalo is an easy and pleasant choice for any event, including meetings and courses. Malmitalo has two classroom-type meeting rooms available for rent. The larger halls are also available for meetings, lectures, seminars and the like, but please reserve early to fit your event in between art and cultural events.

Click on the link below, sign in by verifying your identity with a KATSO ID, mobile ID, banking details or an electronic ID card to see if the facilities are available and book them. Your booking will be confirmed via e-mail. Please note that the reservation must be made at least two weeks before the event. The minimum booking is three hours.

City of Helsinki Culture and Leisure Division can use the meeting facilities free of charge.

Meeting Room 2

The “Aquarium” in the first floor has large windows to the loft. The windows can be covered with motorised black-out curtains. The room seats 28 and is equipped with 65-inch wall display, PC with internet, wireless internet, a flip chart and an overhead projector.

Rent price (incl. VAT 24%): EUR 30/h

Meeting Room 3

Meeting Room 3 resembles a classroom, has 42 seats around tables and has the standard meeting room equipment: video projector, PC with internet, wireless internet, a flip chart, a blackboard and an overhead projector. Meeting Room 3 is perfect for meetings, training sessions and seminars.

Meeting room 3 is used by the Adult Education Centre for teaching on weekday evenings.

LOBBY SERVICES

Doorman and cloakroom services are included in the rent.
