Malmitalo hosts an abundance of concerts, theatre and dance performances every year. We are easy to reach by public transport and located right next to Malmi railway station. Two of our halls are available for rent for visiting groups, and more space is available in the spacious entrance hall. Professional technicians help you to create a great event. Doorman and cloakroom services are included in the rent.

The Small Auditorium makes a charming venue for intimate events, such as puppet theatre, singalong events and chamber music concerts. The acoustics are particularly suitable for acoustic concerts. link
Restaurant Malmitalo is located in the spacious entrance hall, serving a full range of drinks and delicious snacks during intervals. link
In the summer, the park is a casual meeting point that lends itself to a variety of free outdoor events. The park is available for events free of charge. Malmitalo coordinates the events. link
Malmitalo is available for meetings, seminars and corporate events. Our meeting rooms are fully equipped, and Restaurant Malmitalo provides meals and snacks to keep the energy levels high. Do not forget to check out the venues and meeting rooms offered by other Malmitalo organisations.
Malmisali seats 200 and is great for seminars, training sessions and other lecture-type events. link
The Small Auditorium does not have fixed seating, making the venue easy to modify. You can have seats around tables or in rows. The Small Auditorium seats between 60 and 120 people. li
Meeting Room 2 is located upstairs and has plenty of natural light. The classroom-like Meeting Room 3 is perfectly suited for training sessions and similar events. link
The Malmitalo Gallery has art exhibitions that change every month and are open to the public during Malmitalo’s opening hours. The Helsinki Artists’ Association selects the exhibitions and priority is usually given to the members of the Association. However, whether you are a member or not, you may submit your works to be exhibited in the Entrance Hall or the loft; please contact one of Malmitalo’s Cultural Producers for details.
The exhibition space is 60 square metres with variable height. The Gallery is not available for rent; the exhibitions are selected by application. Send your application to the Helsinki Artists’ Association. link

Malmitalo is a lively cultural centre for anyone who loves film, music, theatre and children’s events. In addition to performances and exhibitions, the building features a library, restaurant, adult education centre, four art schools and the Koillisluotsi project steered by Youth Services.
